The Institute is the basic organization of the Scientific Committee on Complex Problems of Medicine of the Russian Federation 43 "Vaccinology", which includes 3 problem commissions:
45.01 Classical vaccinology
45.02 Fundamental vaccinology
45.03 Genetic vaccinology
Within the framework of the Scientific Committee on Complex Problems of Medicine of the Russian Federation 44 "Virology", the problem commission 44.08 "Measles, rubella, mumps" works on the basis of the Institute.
The activity of the Institute within the framework of the Scientific Council and problem commissions are aimed at coordinating scientific research and putting their results into practice.
On the basis of the Institute, the Board of the Russian Society for Microbiology, Epidemiology and Parasitology works.
