Step 1. Go to the "Gosuservices" portal and apply for admission to a university.

Step 2. Answer "Yes" to the question: "Are you considering targeted training?".

Step 3. Study the offers of the customers and select the appropriate ones.

Step 4. Select the universities and competitive groups you want to enroll in. Don't forget to mark the competition for the target quota.

! The competition for the target quota can be selected only one and must coincide with one of the previously selected offers (when filling out the application for admission to the university on the portal "Gosuservices").

! Documents are submitted from June 20 to July 25 (the university may set an earlier deadline for admission - see the university's website).

Step 5. Track your place in the competitive list on the university website.

Step 6. If you pass the competitive selection, submit the original document of education no later than 12:00 Moscow time on July 28: by pressing the appropriate button on the portal "Gosuservices" and in paper form to the university, or

Step 7. Wait for the information about enrollment (in your personal cabinet on the portal "Gosuservices" or on the website of the university).

Step 8. Sign an agreement on targeted training with the customer no later than the beginning of the academic year (electronically through the application "Goskluch" or by contacting the customer).

Important: For those who apply for bachelor's, specialist and basic higher education programs, there is an opportunity to apply for targeted training in paper form. The application is submitted to the admission committee of the university together with the application for admission to training. Offers of targeted customer training should be studied on the platform "Work in Russia".

 

If you are enrolled in master's, postgraduate, residency, assistant internship programs, then:

Step 1. Study offers of targeted training from customers on the platform "Work in Russia".

Step 2. Apply to the admission committee of the university:

- application for targeted training,

- application for admission to training (the application form can be found on the university's website).

Important! The application and the application must be submitted for the same competition (according to the terms of admission).

Step 3. Keep track of your place in the competition list on the university website.

Step 4. If you pass the competition, submit the original document of education to the admission committee of the university.

Step 5. Wait for information about admission. It is available on the university website.

Step 6. Sign an agreement on target training with the customer before the beginning of the academic year (to conclude the agreement you need to apply to the customer).

For defense industry enterprises there are special features of placing offers for target training. You should check the availability of offers with the employer you are interested in or with the admission committee of the university.
